Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I had same problem too.
I have googled 3 days and found the solution from MULTICAN manual.
•Reset the hands-free kit:
Repeat the following sequence five times:
press the "Volume (-)" button and then the "Volume (+)".

And also F.Y.I.
•Enter the menu:
Press the following sequence twice: [SEEK up] button then the [SEEK down] button.
•Go forward through the menu: Press the "Volume (+)" button.
•Go backwards through the menu: Press the "Volume (-)" button.
•Select a menu option: Press the "Phone" button.
•Cancel a function: Long press of the "Phone" button.

I had this problem. easiest way is to 'format' the kit by uploading the latest firmware. very easy to do with the parrot uploading software from the parrot website. simply go in to the settings, advanced settings. all the instructions are easily found on the Parrot.com website. it's also free.

SOURCE: parrot V5 10C device tells me memory full when trying to pair

The unit can only hold 3 phones in memory. Hold down the answer and hang up buttons together for 2 or 3 seconds and you'll hear a voice telling you memory is being erased. It's ready for 3 more phones again.

Hi Kate, Try a 4GB USB stick formatted in FAT32 and having only MP3 files. Some Hyundai vehicles seem to have a problem reading USB sticks above 4GB and the makes of pen drives is an issue too.

We have bought a Mercedes B18 0CDI SE CVT (2007) and it has a V5.10c Parrot installed. When trying to connect with a Samsung Tocco lite the response from car radio is:"memory full". Could you please...

Yes that was happening to me also with my VW. What i did was (and you must do this very quickly) turn all bluetooth off your phone and turn off the radio and car then in the space of 5 seconds, turn your ignition on then your radio then your bluetooth and keep hitting the phone button (answer button) in your vehicle and your phone should ask you for a password....thats how i did it and now i have paired my device... on that note altho my phone works and i can answer and make calls through my parrot bluetooth i am stuck trying to get my music to work through the bluetooth.....so hopefully someone can help me now.....
