It seems your computer is badly infected by the malwares/virus, The only way you can get rid of those is -
1)Format your primary partition and install the OS to it.
2)Before accessing any of your other drives/partitions install a good antimalware software (I recommend Quick Heal Total Security you can use it for a 30 days as a full featured trial version).
3)After installing the antivirus scan all your drives, It would be better if you configure the scan options settings to "Repair automatically, delete if unsuccessful".you might lose some application setup files if they are infected but its worth it instead of keeping the system infected.

hope this helps

Well those viruss infect ur computer and when your virus protection finds it, it will delete it and important .dll files that help ur computer run.....well since the virus can just run from the scanners and hide try reinstalling your Operating system this will help.. restart computer and make sure you hit f12 or f2 to find where ur boot squence option is and boot from dvd drive so ur comp starts and reads that and you should be able to do this while windows is running,, this will wipe the harddrive clean and remove any viruss that were there

i have a emachines El 1200-05w 1.6ghz with 1gb ddr2 and Nividia card with xp[ thats why i bought it **** vista] and when i started it it asked make back up and i just use that so i can start it from the day i bought it with a dvd

You are not totally remove the virus in your hard disk... all you have to do is backup on it and put in another good and updated antivirus to rescan those virus that are not detected.. and your system also have a lot of viruses in windows\system. i think you need to reformat the drive c to clean it all up and use new windowssystem, and back to normal again... dont forget to use updated antivirus with antispyware...

Where can I get a free download for windows xp 3 ksuser.dll?

The ksuser.dll file is one of many files contained in the DirectX software collection. Since DirectX is utilized by most Windows based games and advanced graphics programs, ksuser.dll errors usually show up only when using these programs.

Resolution
Important Note: Do not download the ksuser.dll DLL file individually from any "DLL download site." There are a number of excellent reasons that downloading DLLs from these sites are never a good idea.

Note: If you've already downloaded ksuser.dll from one of those DLL download sites, remove it from wherever you put it and continue with these steps.

1. Restart your computer if you haven't yet.

The ksuser.dll error might be a fluke and a simple restart could clear it up completely.

2. Install the latest version of Microsoft DirectX. Chances are, upgrading to the latest version of DirectX will fix the ksuser.dll not found error.

Note: Microsoft often releases updates to DirectX without updating the version number or letter so be sure to install the latest release even if your version is technically the same.

Note: The latest version of DirectX should be installed no matter if you're running Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP. The installation may include DirectX10 and DirectX9 files but they run side-by-side without problem on all of these operating systems.

3. Assuming the latest DirectX version from Microsoft doesn't fix the ksuser.dll error you're receiving, look for a DirectX installation program on your game or application CD or DVD. Usually, if a game or other program utilizes DirectX, the software developers will include a copy of DirectX on the installation disc.

Sometimes, though not often, the DirectX version included on the disc is a better fit for the program than the latest version available online.

4. Uninstall the game or software program and then reinstall it again. Something might have happened to the program files that work with ksuser.dll and a reinstall could do the trick.

5. Restore the ksuser.dll file from the latest DirectX software package. If the above troubleshooting steps haven't worked to solve your ksuser.dll error, try extracting the ksuser.dll individually from the DirectX downloadable package.

6. Update the drivers for your video card. While it's not the most common solution, in some situations updating the drivers for the video card in your computer could correct this DirectX issue.

I've been using opera browser then suddenly found out that it doesn't open anymore. what should i do?

Sounds like the installation of Opera is corrupt. If you saved the installation file, reinstall it. If not, go to their site and download the latest version and install that one. If it tells you there is already a version installed, it may ask if you want to uninstall it. You do. If it has a problem installing, you may need to uninstall it thru Control Panel>Add Remove Programs if Win XP. If Vista, the place is Programs ....

You are definitely using Windows XP as your operating system. Skype latest versions like 5.1 are not compatible with Windows XP. You need do download older versions to make Skype work on Your Windows XP. I recommend the version SKYPE V4.2.0.169. Try to download and install this.

Symantic anti virus is not getting instal

I'm not sure what is causing this issue but I can tell you that Symantic AV will do more harm than good. If you have window vista & have any web sense at all you don't need it. AV software is the biggest conspiracy in computers. They only cause problems & never fix them.
