Why not download the driver? It is freely available on Epson's support website: http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&oid=60421&prodoid=56291069&infoType=Downloads&platform=Windows

Do the other ink cartridges need to be replaced? According to Epson all ink needs to be replaced at the same time.

You also need the Twain driver for the scanner

When you say it doesn't work, are you getting an erorr msg?????

your epson driver soft ware should have installed the driver for your printer and scanner. uou should remove the exsisting driver and re innstall it again.
