The move the software completely. Shut down the computer. Unplug the device. Get offline and disable the A/V program. Now reinstall and do exactly what the prompts say- no short cuts.

nvr mind, i guess the toner is exhausting or is exhausted..
mind for a refill or head change or both..it may solve ur problem..!!

This is happening because there is a paperjam in the machine and its covering the sensor for the back cover. Open the front cover of the machine and remove the drum and toner, then you can remove the paperjam.
