Question about Minolta EP1083 CS/PRO Copier

Error COF30 After copying 100 pages without problems on a donated Develop 1500 copy machine the error COF30 occured. It looks like it is a error located on the toner sensor. How can I clean the sensor to get this error fixed? Please submit a solution for this error if you know one. The machine is now used in a non profit music club with no money. So I need a cheap solution. Would be great if someone knows how to fix this. Thanks for your help / suggestions in advance!

    on the 1083 you need to get into service mode as soon as it allows you to input before it runs and throws code . go to adjust mode change adtc setting only a few numbers at a time . until it stops throwing code. make a copy and determine if it is overtoned or not, if it is lower the number a few at a time and run sky shots . once you get the toning where you want it run f8

This code to refer on ATDC sensor malfunction.Check the ATDC sensor(auto toner density control) and the connection between the imaging unit and copier,replace the PWB-A board or replace the ATDC sensor.If the copier machine have more 120000 copies change the developer and perform the F8(ATDC level control process).

U162 error on black ink cannon printer


This error occurs when printer fails detecting ink level or printer assume that no ink in the cartridge. We cannot use print, copy,scan, and fax function before the problem fixed. It's recommended for you to replace ink cartridge. To continue using the printer without replacing the cartridge we must deactivate ink level detection function. Be aware that printing in this condition can damage the printer while sending fax or scan is not problem.

First select the configure device menu by up & down arrow keys in display select them by pressing green button find no of copies in sub menu change this value to 1 & set them by pressing the green button.Your value set to no of copies to 1 & your problem will be 100% resolved.

Toner Density senor, located under the image developer assy. Clear by openning and closing the front door, if it comes back service technician required to replace developer, sensor, sensor board or mainboard. EP6001 is a legacy equipment may have a problem locating parts and supplies.

I have a xerox dc12 with error message please turn machine off and on again 9-363 have tried several times but no good! what else can I do?


That's a process problem with that machine.
May require a service call .ON and OFF is pretty much all a customer can do and wait for it to setup.
NOTE: The problem occurs because of the trickle development system in the machine, making extended lengths of black and white copies / prints does not allow the black developer housing to purge itself of excess waste Toner (Dry Ink) and Developer. There are two solutions for the problem:
  • Make 1,000 copies / prints of a black and white job, then make 150 copies / prints of full color. Continue making 1,000 copies / prints of the black and white job, then 150 full color, and so on, until the entire black and white job is complete.
  • Make extended jobs in groups of 100 by making 100 copies / prints of the black and white job, then allowing the machine to cycle down (return to 'Ready') and making the next 100 copies / prints. Continue in this pattern until the entire black and white job is complete.
