check wiring for condensor fan motor,make sure wire nuts and connections are tight,if still no luck then i'm afraid you have a bad condensor fan motor

If your compressor is working continously, you most likely have a hi/lo fan cut out switch. What is the temp outside? If the temp is not real hot, it's normal for hi/low cutouts to cycle. You may need to adjust the pressures of the hi/low cutout and will need guages.

it should be if its mounted under the box or on front but your refrigreation compressor needs to be on the box not the truck
