Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: Tried to do asus recovery partition and this is what I get after about 50% of the recovery process any help would be great.

Seeing how you uploaded this video I will presume that this isn't your primary physical hard drive. If you have more than one physical hard drive, that a good thing. Using an app from a Mboard Mfg. on a HD isn't a recommended procedure. If what is on the HD is important, then you need to use Partition Magic, or go here -> http://www.partition-recovery.com/ and dnld their software which I do recommend. You need to be a little of a BitHog to know how to use it ;)

Re: ASUS GA10 paritions

No need to worry about re-partitioning. You can simply move your Desktop, Documents, Pictures, Music and Videos as well as some other folders to your D: partition. This should free up a lot of room on C:

To unlock asus x54c-bbk5 factory reset?

I assume you are referring to accessing the recovery partition to return the unit to factory load specifications. Assuming that the recovery partition is still intact, here is the link to the manual that will allow you to perform the recovery. Be careful to follow recovery instructions explicitly, or else you may find yourself with a brick instead of a notebook.

Using Recovery Partition
The Recovery Partition quickly restores your Notebook PC's software to its original working state. Before using the Recovery Partition, copy your data files (such as Outlook PST files) to USB storage devices or to a network drive and make note of any customized configuration settings (such as network settings).

About the Recovery Partition
The Recovery Partition is a reserved space on your hard disk drive used to restore the operating system, drivers, and utilities installed on your Notebook PC at the factory.

Asus eee boxpc ar5b95 clicking sound will not power up why

At this point, you need to contact ASUS by going to their web site, or calling their toll-free number, if you have it. They are going to have to provide assistance on this. Hopefully, this laptop is still under warranty.

Otherwise, maybe someone else here can give you a better idea of how to solve this problem.

How to restor Asus back to factory settings without disc

Hi

System Recovery Using the Parttion
* Press F9 on booting up (right after you power on and see the ASUS logo), you should now be able to access system recovery. (This is the sys-recovery combi on my ASUS.)
All you need to do is to read carefully before clicking any button upon system recovery process.

NOTE: This is only if you have left intact your system recovery partition. If you have formatted or deleted that partition, you will have to get the recovery cds.
