Question about Toshiba e-Studio 202L Copier

Check the Admin settings from the web portal.
If you moved the machine from one router to a another for example, the machine may still have the old configuration, or make sure that the email account that the machine uses to send emails from is setup properly, i.e. correct username and password and SMTP for email provider. Mine was such a hassle to setup, and it was because we did a firmware upgrade on the router and had to factory reset the toshiba afterwards and connect via dynamic connection. It was troublesome since all the settings matched and were correct, but something in it, held the config some where. Another site said to flash the Toshibas firmware, but i never found a good download, so the reset was my best choice.

Vista is notorious for not being "user friendly" printer drivers. Search the toshiba website for downloadable vista drivers. Try pcl 5 or pcl 6 drivers. also try the auto search feature of vista to search out the best driver. Good Luck
