a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

you should read the mouth piece with a meter to know if it is working properly. if the mouthpiece is bad then have to replace it with good one.

SOURCE: When the phone rings and
you can try to use a headset and see if it will work
normally if the caller cannot hear the receiver theres some problem with the mouthpiece. if the headset and loudspeaker works then you have to go to the store and have it fixed.
hope this help

If this is happening on all calls, it sounds as if the microphone has gone out (possibly gotten wet?), if you are still within your first year of service with this phone i would bring it into the nearest Corporate T-mobile store and try to get it warrantied.

Had one just like i t with same problem. I used a blu-tooth earpiece till i found resolve. Its your speakers that are bad. I know it sounds out there, literally, as everything else works, even speaker phone. I took mine in to a cell phone shop and they replaced speakers and it cost me 50.00 to fix it. Well worth the money!Hope this helps!
