SOURCE: Looking to build a two way radio system.

Not knowing your back ground here are something to consider. Make sure all handhelds have at least 2 channels, the transmit can spread at least 5 MHz from channel 1 to channel 2, the mobile repeaters have high gain antennae, cable between repeater and antenna, is just long enough, and set each repeater up on a different CTCSS/DCS access.
If I think of anything else, I'll send a comment. If you have any further questions, please respond.

SOURCE: is there any possible repeater

Your question does not make sense.

Yaesu is the amateur radio manufacturer for the Vertex Standard company. Motorola only makes commercial radio equipment. Both can be programmed or configured to use repeaters.

SOURCE: Can you leave a Motorola XPR 6350 radio turned on

The radios will work just fine while they are charging, but the charging process will take longer, and I recommend that you do not charge the radios for more than 12 hours at a time. My Midland radios sit in the charger base all the time, and I just push them down to engage the charging function.

SOURCE: I need to wire external

usually when buying a 2way radio they come with a headset (a headphone and a mic) all you need to do is cut the mic and headphone off using the wires for the headphone solder them to a speaker.

(the higher the power of the speaker the more it will drain your battery)

I am trying to program a xpr 4550 with a talkaround channel that is the same feq as a repeater channel with no luck.

Be sure "talkaround" is enabled on the code-plug, then use the "direct" or "talkaround" button on the front panel.

How do I adjust the range on my motorola XRP 4550?

Uh, stick with analog. Digital radios do NOT have better range than analog. You lose about 5-10% on the outer fringes. For range, those radios were designed to operate on a repeater, often called trunked radio relay system.
Your digital radio is likely on someone elses' frequency. Channels are controlled by the FCC and are not for consumers. You must have an FCC License or an agreement to use the mentioned Trunked Relay. You may have a thing called busy lockout programmed, which means when someone else is talking, you get blocked. The only thing you can do to get your radio(s) working well is to have them reprogrammed by a professional (Radio Shop). If you can, have them programmed for analog only.
For basic radio use and reasonable coverage, get a couple of 25-50 watt Vhf analog radios. Get a License and you will be very happy! Buy the best antennas, installed correctly and you will have decent range. Antennas matter on terrain, so high gain may not be the best choice. Been a radio dealer/repair since 1980, before the start of digital and beyond. Beware the over promising of digital.

Looking to build a two way radio system.

You will have to have a vehiclular repeater that is in another band than the mobile so if your portable hand held radios are on UHF then I would advise a VHF high band repeater set up.
It will have to be a cross band setup meaning it will recieve UHF and transmit on VHF and also the opposite direction.
It will have to be programmed with CTCSS or PL of some kind to avoid interference and don't forget it will need to be FCC licensed for those frequencies if it is in the Business band.
Some mobile radios can be wired up through a mini controller and run that way if it is compatible.
