My high speed internet will not go through my router. Its like the router wont read the Ip address from the High speed modem.
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

I have an XBOX 360 and a lap top and can not run them through my DX-E401 router. In order for the laptop to connect online i have to connect straight to the modem with the ethernet cable.

if u r using modem make syre that modem is in bridge mode .. and dhcp server is off on modem .. then connect the router and configure the router acc its type i.e dhcp or pppoe .. bali

I ran the configuration and selected dynamic mode; it says configuration is complete but does not access any web sites. ???
