Fuse can be bought from any electronic spare part selling shops. Beware, if a fuse should blow up, certainly there must be a probelm; some short circuit or damaged components. Make sure about the reason first, and replace the fuse with same rating as specified. The rating of fuse can be noted at the fuse itself. Never use an over rated fuse by anyway.

Have you checked that the aerial is plugged in? Does it have an external aerial? If so is it plugged in (Socket on rear takes telescopic or external). If external have you tried aerial on another tv?
If your service is digital is it switched to Digital TV? If it's switched to analogue and you're trying to tune in it wont find signals if you're in a digital area. (or to a certain extent vice versa)
