a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

i would say the problems comes from the way the company formatted the movie onto the blu ray discs. and i would say that there will most likely be a recall on them. if anything connect the manufacturer of the movie. hope this helps you.

The latest firmware is version 1.3 If you do not already have that version I have supplied a link below that will allow you to download it.
This issue is typical with Blu-Ray... You will need to update your firmware frequently to keep up with the constant changes that are made when studios add new features to the disc's.
Check the link from time to time since this is where Samsung will post their new firmware downloads for your player.

This indicates a problem with the pickup head. First I would suggest cleaning the laser head with a disk made for that purpose. If this does not work, then I would suggest (if you have a background in electronics) taking the cover off and checking the bias voltages on the laser pick head (comparring them to the schematic values). What I believe is happening is just a dust problem, however if it is a circuitry problem, contact the manufacture or use the schematic/service manual to locat OEM parts.
I would, however try to clean the pickup head first.
I hope this helps,

The non-blu-ray laser lens needs cleaning.
Try not to use a blast of compressed air.
Radio Shack has a lens cleaner ($13). it is an audio CD with a row of brushes on it.
Read & follow the directions.
