Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Speakers not working, but cables all plugged in...

No drivers for your soundcard, this is a computer issue not a speaker issue, contact dell, if you can understand a word they say, ask them "I have Dimension (model number here), I need to know how to install my sound drivers", if you dont know how to do this.

SOURCE: No audio device detected

Ok when you plugged in the USB sound did it "see" it... did it ask for "Drivers" Because this device MUST have drivers.. also ya may have to disable any onboard sound device ya may have via the BIOS setup menu. Generally these USB sound devices are real easy to install and use.. try it on another PC to be sure it is OK.. GL

You might have to reinstall the software that came with the speakers since you had to wipe your computer clean when the virus was on there. The speakers will not work until the software is installed back on your computer.

Why am I unable to even open up the bluetooth menu? The smartwi connection utility will not allow me to access the "bluetooth devices" link.

How are you enabling your bluetooth service on the laptop? Are you pushing a physical blutooth button or starting the service via Windows? Either way if you can turn it on/off and can still connect other devices to it you've isolated the BOP as the culprit. Does the BOP make the beeps after you turn it on and flash its light? If not, you'll need to charge it. If it does, then it is correctly going into auto-pairing mode. If you could provide more information and describe if any of the above events are happening it would help me better understand the issue.

Make sure the power cord is completely plugged into the back of the speakers. make sure the speakers power button/switch/knob is turned on. if both of these things are not the reason call the company you got them from and ask about a warranty.

I lost my disney mix max charger

There are several types of chargers you can use with the mix max....car charger, wall charger, USB to computer (FYI turn your computer off while charging and it stops), and my favorite - the speaker station. Just do a search for disney mix max charger on the internet, amazon, or ebay and several options will come up. I like the speaker station because it is easy to charge with it and lets my daughter use it as a stereo and dance unit if she wants.

My usb

I had the same problem - you need to install the latest Blackberry USB driver software on the PC/laptop you are trying to charge it with. They should be on the CD you got with the Blackberry (you don't need to install all the software if you don't want to - just the USB drivers). This enables the USB ports to allow enough power to charge the device when it's connected.

If you don't have the CD, do a quick Google for "Blackberry USB driver" and download the most up-to-date ones you can find.
