Question about Brookstone Audio Players & Recorders
I am trying to charge my Bookstone Bop Speaker, but everytime I plug the USB cord into the computer, I get an error message: Because a USB device was drawing too much power from your computer, one or more of your USB devices have been disabled.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

No drivers for your soundcard, this is a computer issue not a speaker issue, contact dell, if you can understand a word they say, ask them "I have Dimension (model number here), I need to know how to install my sound drivers", if you dont know how to do this.

SOURCE: No audio device detected
Ok when you plugged in the USB sound did it "see" it... did it ask for "Drivers" Because this device MUST have drivers.. also ya may have to disable any onboard sound device ya may have via the BIOS setup menu. Generally these USB sound devices are real easy to install and use.. try it on another PC to be sure it is OK.. GL

You might have to reinstall the software that came with the speakers since you had to wipe your computer clean when the virus was on there. The speakers will not work until the software is installed back on your computer.

hi, check all the connections, cables and replace as needed. sounds like a ground loop.also your power outlet may not be grounded or the power adapter may have issue, this could case the condition you describe.try other power outlet. you can get filters ,conditioners at like radio shack or places like that.. hope this is useful. good luck!
