Volume is the number of cubes.

Presuming this is a triangular prism, just get the area of triangle and then multiply by the length of the prism. So, 1/2 * B * H of triangle times the L (length) of prism.

If that is a **right rectangular prism**

Volume =14*12*3 c.f.

For the area here is the formula.

Total area of right rectangular prism =**2*A_b +P_b*h**

**A_b**= area of base (take 14*12 feet squares)

**P_b** is perimeter of base (14+12)*2 =52 ft.

**h** is the height (3 ft)

- surface area of prism = 2 * area of base + perimeter of base * H

- surface area = 2LW + 2(L+W)H

A Rectangular Prism/Cuboid is a solid figure bounded by six rectangular faces, a rectangular box. All angles are right angles, and opposite faces of a cuboid are equal. It is also a right rectangular prism.

**Rectangular Prism/Cuboid Formula**:

Area of Base(A) = l * w

Perimeter of Base(P) = 2l + 2w

Surface Area of Prism = 2(lw) + (2l + 2w)h = 2A + Ph

Volume of Prism = lwh = Ah

Diagonal of Prism = Sqrt(l² + w² + h²)

the formulae for the surface area of round disc is

pi * r * r

where pi=3.14 and r =radious of disc= diametre/2

for this 1st u have 2 calculate the radious of the disc that is

180/2=90mm

then convert it to m by dividing 1000 ,so radious=90/1000=0.09 m

finally calculate the area= 3.14 * 0.09 * 0.09=0.025434 sq metres

for 38 disc multiply 38 with the above area that is

0.025434 * 38=0.966492 sq metres

in excel 2007 u can do it more easily by going 2 formulas tab.

Under formla tab click on engineering formula and then convert

here u can convert from mm to m

after converting use the above formula i just told u.
