start button keeps poping up i am not able to click at start any other program please help

Try these steps:
- Click start, click programs, click accessories, click system tools then click system info
- Go to tools and click system configuration
- Click on general and click advanced
- Make sure enable start menu is not selected and click ok
- Click on then yes to restart pc.
