Start machine press F8 repeatedly
If it lets you into Safe Mode then go to Programs, Accesories, System Tools, System Restore and try to roll the machine back a week or so
If that does not work you need to find a buddy with a copy of the software and reinstall providing your machine has the Windows sticker on the back or sides giving you the key code

try to hard reset the bios, do this by removing the battery on the motherboard, but be sure to remove the CPU from power outlet....

GM from pakistan fsd problem in motherboard chepset......you should repare u r gx 280 or heat the chepset with heat gun ........
