I installed oakbrook tub and shower faucet 48011 and no hot water is coming out either side just water. What could be wrong?

If you have just water coming out you have not urned on the hot water valve that was turned off during install. check other faucet for hot . If you have hot there its not the hot water tank its the hot side valve.

I have a Faberware coffee urn that perks the coffee, but it isn't very hot. What is the problem?

The problem is the keep warm element. The reason, your pot perc's and it gets hot near the thermo, the thermo turns off the main element. The keep warm element is not on so after a small amount of time the water cools and the thermo turns the main element back on again, thus making the water hot. The K W element is supposed to be on all the time the pot is plugged in, it is instrumental in perking the first brew making it really hot, the thermo turns off the main element and the K W element keeps the water hot. The K M element is very a easy fix, it is the small looking white ceramic thing about 3-4" on the bottom of the pot.. When removing the screw from the main element you must hold the (leg) that the K M element is screwed to so it does not bend and brake off. Take your time and be firm with the pressure you apply to the screw, while holding it with a pliers. I have them. callahanronald@att.net Good luck

I broke the pump tube for my Farberware Urn #155-A, 55 Cup. Does anyone have one?

New tubes are available from Goodman's, 10914 NW 33rd Suite 107, Miami, FL 33172. Tele: 305 278 8822. If you broke just the ceramic outer tube, it will still work alright. The purpose of that cermaic tube was to prevent the hot water being perked up the stem from heating the other water that hasn't been perked yet.....

Making hot chocolate in regal 36 cup coffee maker

I've never done that myself but I have seen it done at a school function when my children were younger. If you make sure to rinse the valve thoroughly after you empty the urn, what problems could it cause?

Water heats but stops perculating

Check the spring under the grounds basket on the pump tube. This is supposed to hold the end of the tube down in the heater well. It should compress when the lid is pushed down on the basket and twisted to lock in under the handles.  I have found a good source of parts for Faberware urns and percolators at goodmans.net. The thermostats and heating elements can be easily replaced and the urn returned to original condition. Rich of Colorado
