SOURCE: The tray (JURA J5) keeps indicating that it needs

The connectors at the back have liquid on them use a lint free cloth to remove the liquid and the tray fault will go away. If you want to prevent this make sure that when you pour the water out the tray you pour it out the side not the back and this is how the liquid or debris gets stuck there

Jura impressa j5 coffe not coming out spout

The machine is working but the coffe is not comming out
and the coffe powder just been thrown into the junk box,
in the begining the machine made a brakedown in the electricity.

Jura j5 keeps indicating beans need filling once a button for coffee has been depressed. then indicates ready again. Beans are full and I have tried blocking off the sensor (beans full) but still the...


Sometimes certain beans do not move freely throughout the grinder. Oily beans, which is not necessarily a bad thing, do not fall into the grinder easily and tend to stick. It is necessary to sometimes to just poke or stir the beans around with your finger to make sure they fall into the grinder. For a safety measure do this while your machine is turned off.
