My blueparrott not taking a charge can any one help me


It is actually very easy to remove the battery on the BlueParrott B250-XT. To remove the earpiece, just pull it out of the socket but be careful not to pull the wire attached to it when you separate it from the body. Next, remove the five screws to access the battery compartment. Disconnect the battery from the board and leave it disconnected for 10 minutes or so. Re-connect the battery and re-assemble. Connect the headset to your charger and after a couple of minutes, it should start charging showing red until fully charged. If it still won't charge, you may have to order a new battery. You can find a replacement battery on EBAY for around 10 dollars. Repeat the battery replacement and check to see if it starts to charge. If it works, you are good to go. If it does no work, you may have to send it to the manufacturer for repair. Good Luck!

My blue parrot b 250 xt keeps loosing bluetooth connection


Clear your headset out of your phone then repair it to your phone. You do thieving by clearing it from your phone then turn your phone off for about 30 sec then turn it back on and then clear your hradset by holding down both the volume up &down bottoms on the headset for 5-6 seconds you will heat a double beep. Them you are ready to repair it.

My blueparrott headset was working fine, then one day it just didnt work. i refuse to believe that its broken because i have only had it 6-8 months.


If your headset is showing a green light when it is plugged into the charger it means the battery is receiving power. If you remove the unit from the charger and it will not turn on or function properly there is likely an issue with one of the control circuits. Without seeing the unit we would not be able to tell you which circuit is experiencing some sort of issue but the unit does need service. The VXi, Blueparrott B250-XT has a one year repair warranty from date of purchase. Have a blue parrot B250. When I unplug the unit from being charged, the lite goes off on the side, and if I hold it down it will not come back on. The unit will not come on anymore, have any solutions.


If you have a B250-XT the first thing we want to check is to make sure the lights haven't been accidently turned off. Hold the headset up to your ear and hold in the Multifunction Button - two rising tones indicates the unit is turning ON, two descending tones indicates the unit is turning OFF. If the unit turns ON, try making a call, while on the call quickly press and release the both the volume up and volume down buttons at the same time, this action turns the indicator lights on and off.
If a Blueparrott will not activate at all there is likely an issue with one of the control circuits and I recommend calling VXi at 800-742-8588 for warranty repair information.

The headset Blueparrott B-150 stopped working. What is the problem (? battery? fuse)


You indicated that your Blueparrott B150 stopped working. If your headset is displaying an indicator light when it is plugged into the charger the battery is receiving power. If you remove the headset from the charger and it will not turn on or function properly there could be an issue with one of the control circuits.

If you don't receive any indicator lights while your headset is plugged into the charger the charger fuse may simply need replacing. My first recommendation in this scenario would be to try the other charger that came with the headset. All Blueparrott Headsets come with both AC (wall) and DC (car) chargers. Replacement fuses for the DC (car charger) can be purchased at almost any automotive supply store. If you unscrew the knurled ring at the tip of the charger the tip will come off for fuse access (NOTE - be mindful that the tip is under spring pressure). Replacement chargers can be purchased on line at www.vxicorp.com.

If one of the control circuits is the issue the headset will need service. The VXi, Blueparrott B150 has a two year repair warranty from date of purchase. How do u transfer call from phone back to bluetooth


While on a call, hold the press the volume down button for 1-2 seconds. This process will also transfer audio to the phone if you do not want to use a headset.
