Question about Uniden TRUNKTRACKER III
I'm having a difficult time programming my scanner. I'm trying to program Franklin County, Ohio police and fire as well as air traffic control.
My scanner is a Radio Shack PRO-96 Digital Handheld.
I'm sure that you've looked at your manual, so you know that's a simple question with a gigantic answer, and there's no way to pass all the information in a FixYa response. I own two digital trunking scanners, and I recommend that you take control of yours by joining RadioRefernece.com and purchasing the ARC96 software package. RadioReference will give you access to frequency databases for your area, and with the ARC96 you can download and program the desired frequencies and systems. If you pay somebody to program the scanner you will spend more than the subscription and software will cost, and it will be a one-time shot. My way you will have continuous access to changing systems. The software is available at ScannerMaster.com.
If this response helped, please take a moment to rate me. A rating of "Very Helpful" would be greatly appreciated.
