My dodge journey rpm goes up to 3000 not more and speed 30km/h

You do not say what year the vehicle is nor what size engine or transmission type you have. So this answer is a best guess scenario. I have had this experience in reverse with my Dodge Dakota where my speedometer would not register until I got to 30km/h. In my vase it was due to the ABS speed sensor located in the rear differential. It provided the low speed input to the ECM and the transmission VSS provided the higher speed input. I would not suspect the speedometer unit first since you have some operation of it. I would look to the transmission VSS as a most likely suspect.

49 Knots per hour is

Knot is a measure of speed. Knot per hour is a measure of acceleration. Are you sure you want 49 knots per hour?

49 knots is about 56.4 miles per hour or about 90.7 kilometers per hour. A good pace for a car and a very good pace for a boat.

49 knots per hour is about 56.4 miles per hour per hour or about 90.7 kilometers per hour per hour. Not a very good performance if a car or a boat takes an hour to get up to that speed.

Where can I learn to tie rope knots like some sailor knots?

You can do a little searching online to find tutorials for tying sailing knots. If there is a specific knot that you are looking for I would suggest going to Wikipedia to see the list of knots and then look YouTube or a site like eHow for step by step instructions for how to tie them.
