It is probable that intentastes to fulfil the windows update on a corrupt operating system, or on a defective hard disk and when these updates realize writing on a damaged block, what I unleash the fault that now you present, I recommend to you to use a utility to check the hard disk and then to try to reinstall the same one with RECOVERY's disc that comes with the machine.

1. boot from a Windows CD and go for the repair option.
2. Copy usp10.dll from c:\windows\servicepackfiles\i386\gdi32.dll to c:\windows\system32\usp10.dll. (Do keep a backup copy of the old usp10.dll in c:\windows\system32 directory )
3. Reboot normally

go to this website MalwareBytes.Org down this trail version install it update it then do a full scan of the computer and see it it still gives that error.... even this is a trial version i run a computer shop and use this software over 20 times a day to help clean up a messy PC
