This is probably because the server's system may have detected you doing spam by commenting..

reason for this
1) you must have been commenting many many times.
2) your content in the comments was abuse.
3) you tried to access the protected files stored in server

Only this three can be the reason behind this


and the last thing you can do is to wait until the site administrator unblocks you.
or you can contact the site administrator.
