The computer in your car is called the ECU, it is unlikely that it will need to be replaced and that your problem lies elsewhere.

Is the car shaking when only driving or when stationary too? If it is shaking when driving above a certain speed, the problem is likely to be a problem with your handling/wheels either being out of balance or a tracking problem

If your car is shaking when you turn it on. It will be ideiling rough which could be down to numerous problems such as not getting enough fuel or air, or there being a misfire on a cylinder. It is best to get a diagnostic check done by a garage and then come back and inform us of the problem.

The driver side tire on my Nissan Altima shakes badly I've changed the brakes but I'm wondering if I need to change the lower control arm

Can you grab the tire/wheel assembly and it has looseness while stationary or is it a shake that starts when speed increases?
If it starts to shake as speed increases, you may need a wheel balance.
If there is any looseness when you grab it while stationary, get a look under there SAFELY!! and replace any loose parts.

You need to check the choke on the engine for cold starts it chokes off air to the fuel mix . if it is closed to much the engine will want to die and shake. When the car warms up the choke opens and the car gets air and runs fine although the choke could just be part open. It still will need adjusting.

Hope this helps

When i turn the wheel too far to the left or right the car makes a strange noise. when i brake period the car makes a strange noise. when i am doing 45 mph and up when i start to brake the car starts to...

Well, short of hurting your feelings.

When you brake you hear a strange noise. The sounds brakes may make, should be something you are familair with.

When doing 45 mph plus, the car starts to shake. Now tell me, youv'e not experienced this many times in your life!

Turning left or right could be a worn steering rack, mostly because you never change power steering fluid,or upper strut bearings or any other suspension parts starting to wear. Or, it's just you noticing different sounds, than when it was new.

When you turn the wheel too far to either side, you hear the power steering pump squealing and telling you to stop. Another bad practice.

Now I would conclude, that you need to strip all four brakes off the vehicle and completely go through some sort of brake repair or service. I hope you already figured that.

I did an oil change twice on my car since i owned it. after both times the motor ran rough and now it starts to shake when i reach about 65 mph. what is my problem

usually a rough running engine has nothing to do with an oil change you way have an oil leak onto the spark plugs or you may have a defective pcv system

My car is running smoothly but when i come to a stop it starts to shake and back fires, what can this mean?

it sounds like its struggling to get enough air when it idles,,,, check the air-filter,try running the car for a few miles without the filter, and if it makes any difference, then thats your problem
