Display a picture with natural skin tone. Preferably caucasian and a decent quality photograph. Reset all projectors to there factory defaults then go into your individual colour adjustments and adjust accordingly. Don't refer to the numbers use your eyes or better yet have someone at the back of the room tell u what to bring up and down. Put up a grey scale and do your contrast and brightness, gamma, sharpness adjustments. Save settings and save them right or they will revert back upon powering down

Professionally speaking, use an optical meter and adjust the color points and brightness controls to the CIA chart.
Hobbyist, use video essencials dvd and it will get you close. Most home projectors wont have the range to match color points.
