I managed to take out the maintenance kit and it looks ok. But It seems to have printing problem. There is a paper jum (on tray 2). It grips the paper and it doesn't print it. And it makes a terrible noise (it 's very different noise than the noise of start up). Also the display panel seems to have a problem. It's black or it's written like a mirror.

For a start: these machines are quite noisy at startup, so this may be normal. do you have problems printing? because if you don't, it's not worth trying to fix something that isn't broken. if the printer tells you the maintenance kit needs replacement, you can open the side panel, and feel a little lever at the bottom side of the maintenance kit (yellow-ish drawer). you need to push this lever upwards, while pulling out the maintenance kit.

Making noise like its printing but nothing comes onto the paper

Inkjet printers need to be used frequently to prevent inkdrying out in the print head nozzles.
If the print head cleaning maintenance routine does not clear the blockages, then print head needs replacing, but it may be expensive.
It may be more cost effective to buy a later model and better printer thanreplace the print head.

Epson C900 paper crumples when printing

Any idea how many pages have gone through it? There's a duty cycle total on the printer. If you've exceeded 50% of the maintenance kit duty cycle, it may be time for a kit replacement. Otherwise, it could be something as simple as paper with too high moisture content. Clean the rubber rollers and pickups with Windex or Glass Plus on a lint free cloth. This may get you a few more pages of printing if it's time for a kit.

Xerox 8560 died after installing new maintenance kit.

The error is caused by the printhead not being able to tilt, the maintenance kit (oil roller) is driven round by the drum and has no physical connection to the tilt mechanism. Having said that I did once have a machine that had waste wax loose in the machine and when the customer replaced the maintenance kit the loose wax was pushed into the tilt drive gears which are located on the inside frame left hand side, right behind the oil roller. The wax jams the gears making a noise like a machine gun and tilt error 07,010 was the result.

Error 07,010.43:29827

That code can be caused, ( normally) by 4 different things, maybe 5.
The noise you are hearing is from the maintenance kit. It moves up and down to clean and prepair the drum for a print.
1. Take the maintenance kit out and look in the opening with a flashlight. See if there is ink built up in that back side of the printer under the maintenance kit. Normallyh it will be yellow ink in that area. If so you will have to remove the scanner and document feeder, then the left cover, you may also have to remove the right side for the front cover to release the left cover.
About mid way back toward the bottom of the frame there will be where you can clean that ink out. While your at it, and waht could also be the problem, is a stainless steel pivot block. avout 1 inch square will be contaminated with ink also, clean it well.
2. The maintenance plate, the black piece that lifts the maintenance kit, may be warpted or broken, You can see is when you remove the maintenance kit.
3. The process Drive motor assembly may be mis timed. It is on the right frame toward the front. It has 2 timing holes, which you can put paper clips into, to align the upper and lower gear train, and also the arrow on the bottom metal plate must align with the arrow on the gear.
4. The print block referenced earlier may be causing the print head to bind, but rarely does that cause a noise, I add that because you may be hearing the X-Y axis motor and since it is faulting out, you may really just notice it more. But the block would more likly cause an 07,010,45 not a 43.
5 The print head wiper may be tacked to the print head.
Let me know if you need some more help..

8500 Phaser error 07 010 43: 6975

6975 I know of nothing that references.
I honestly don't know where you could get a manual. Other then try googling "the parts drop" and calling them. Talk to Britt.
Normally that print block is sticky or the cleaning blade is stuck to the print head causing that error.

Can't put maintenance kit in

You can remove the left, as looking from the front, side cover and manually crank down that white cam that moves the kit up and down.
It is opreated by a clutch. Removing that clutch makes it easier to lower.
Left hand side, looking from tehe front. Just do some observation to determine what you need to move. Should not be a problem.
