Timeport P7389 Cannot likely be activated due to it's old age. You would also need to get a code from the original service provider. Since btcellnet might not exist it would be impossible to get it from them. You're probably better off (and safer) to get a e911 enabled device.

Format your phone:
*#7780# (*#rst0*) - This will soft reset your phone. It is different from *#7370# because all data, like contacts, calendar and notes, are not removed.
It will only reset the phone settings, such as profiles, themes and shortcuts.
The default lock code is 12345.(Read Method 3)

just do this.

then follow on screen prompts, enter needed details and you are done.
for your phone lock code, you cant guess or read by yourself, you need a special gadget (called box-jaf twister mxkey) and special software which is not free, and not practical to buy them just to read the code for your forgotten code. have it read by bringing the phone to an authorized cellphone repair shop. there is no free solution for code reading on BB5 phones, where your phone belongs. and please dont guess on the code, 10 attempts and your phone will show "PHONE RESTRICTED" and more costly to repair than to read code.

Hi, Most common factory lock codes are either the last 4 numbers of your mobile ph number or simply 1234. dunno if it would work but it worth giving it go best of luck

1. Turn on your phone using the red power/end button. While in the programming mode the [OK] key is used to save, the left soft key to [Exit] without saving and the right soft key [Back] to return to the previous step.
2. Enter ##626* (##NAM*) for NAM Programming
3. You will be prompted to ENTER SUBSIDY CODE
4. Enter 333333 (3 six times)
5. Press the [OK] button to select the MIN (Mobile Identification Number)
6. Enter your new 10 digit Cricket MIN and press [OK]
7. Press Navigation (arrow) down once to access the MDN (Mobile Directory Number/10 Digit Phone Number) and press [OK]
8. Enter your new 10 digit Cricket MDN and press [OK]
9. Press Navigation (arrow) down once to access the IMSI (do not change from IMSI_11_12=00)
10. Press the Navigation (arrow) down key twice to access the CDMA System ID and press [OK]
11. Enter the 1 to 5 digit CDMA System ID and press [OK]
12. Press the red power/end button to exit.
13. (mdn is your phone number min and cdma sytem id will be given by customer serv rep
    

Switch of your phone
Press and hold these 3 keys together-
-green dial key-
-the star key(*)
-the number 3 key(very hard to do)
Press the on off switch to the phone
DO NOT let go of the keys until you see a formatting screen
After a few minutes the format will be complete,your phone will be back to factory settings

Try to format your mobile. To format your mobile switch off your mobile. then press *(star button) , 3 (three no.) and Green Key ( use to pick up phone) . Start your phone by pressing it and your phone will be formated.
You can backup your data before formated if you don't want to loose anything.
