Couple of basic things. First, call or take the phone to the store where you purchased it. They are best equipped to deal with any problem, and often times will help you months after your purchase. Next, shut the phone off. Take out the battery. Put it back in. Turn the phone on.
Next. on the back of the phone there should be a tiny button. This is the reset button. Use a pen tip to reset it. Finally, check the company website, under troubleshooting. If you have this problem, someone else has also. Maybe the solution is posted. Hope this helps.

When on a cordless phone connection to internet is lost with wireless internet

Most wireless routers transmit over the 2.4GHz frequency, which is the same as many cordless phones. If you can, move the router or the phone so that they are far away from each other. Otherwise, the easiest thing to do is buy a cordless phone that operates on another frequency. (Most phones display their frequency on their packaging.)

Very bad stati on ge cordless phone

Often static is caused by RF or EM interference. The interference may be getting into the system though the power or telephone signal cable being near many other cables, or because the unit is situated next to a strong source of RF or EM field.

I recommend changing the location of your cordless phone, away from such noisy sources (microwave, router, DC charging adapters, computers, etc). Try the phone in an outlet that has nothing else on the circuit, if possible.

I hope that helps.

Out of Range

It needs to be re-synced to the base unit. Check manual for exact directions, but it could involve anything from unplugging battery and base unit power, resetting in cradle, and anything else......

Out of range shows on main handset of cordless phone

Unplug the battery. Hold down The * (star) and the #(hash) keys simultaneously. Re-connect the battery, phone will beep and screen will be blank. Press the voicemail (righthand silver key under the lcd screen). As above EEPROM/RAM message will appear. Place handset on base and your problem is solved.
