Canon 3300 touch panel not working

Before replacing ir3300 touch screen warm the display with hair drier. It is likely to function normally

check heater unit...

sol1) In service mode copier- function- clear- error. (Service mode can be accessed by pressing additional functions- 2-8-additional functions in quick succession).This should help

OR
Sol 2) Open the display unit of your copier and take it for dry soldering.
Note:- expert help may be required for step 2. don't try yourself.

Just entered in service mode by press add. functon button then 2&8 together and add. functon button, in service mode entered in Copier then function then clear and touch ok tab in touch screen. restart ur machine error code should be cleared.

or run harddisk scanning mode by holding 1 & 9 buttons then switch ON machine. it will take one & half hour.

if still there is a problem then you need to change your machines HDD.

This problem can have a number of causes. Best to call a tech to sort it out.

My canon ir 3300 touch screen panal not working

Hi this is only indicating a dirty waste toner bottle neck.
It is easy to solve.
Take a star screwdriver,remove the one screw of the left lower panel.You will find the panel at the left-lower side of the machine,the side were you have to open to remove paper jams on the fixing side of the machine.
After removing that panel,remove the bottle remove the toner inside the bottle clean the NECK of the bottle inside and outside and put the bottle back in it's place.Put the panel back and switch machine on and off.

ont. Panel, press the following, one after the other, * (additional functions), 2, 8, * (additional functions). You are now in Service Mode. Touch the Function Tab, touch the Clear button, touch the ERR button, when it is highlighted, press the OK button at the botton of screen. Power Cylce unit. If it comes back up, may have been a fluke. However, if it comes back, check your Fixing Assy for jammed paper, or damage to the Fixing Film (Upper Roller). Replacing the Film is not hard. After you remove the Fixing Assy., its a couple cables and springs. Rather on the easy side for Film replacements. Remebmer, on these models, the Film is also the Heater and Upper Fixing Roller. The Film is most likely on the pricey side for new, believe you can find rebuilds. Just keep in mind that the Film is still a lil' bit cheaper then the whole assy., and 8 out 10 times, its the Film that fails in the asssy
