thankyou for the offer of help.i did not even know how to get in the machine,and started getting annoyed with it,so,unfortunatly,i am waiting for an engineer to come up,i think it only needs a washer,but,its gonna cost me about £80.a bit expensive,but,desperation calls.plus costing me a days wage,i would be cheaper buying a new one.but thats life,thankyou anyway for taken the time to get back to me.
