The 30820 is probalby plugged into a 30810 with a 30830 phone plugged into extension 11. It depends on WHAT programming you're trying to do and what version software you have in the 30810. If you're programming extensions in the phone, it's easy, just flip the switch on the back to PROGRAM, press a button and dial the 2 digit extension and STORE. The 12 PF buttons IIRC can call outside if you insert "9" or 81-83 as an access code, again following your input with a STORE.

When you finish, move the programming switch to SET.

Anything beyond that requires a manual or station user's guide. The user's guide is here:

The system manual requires information from the tag on the KSU.
It's been awhile, but look on the bottom of the KSU cabinet and read the data on the silver tag with black lettering. Look for a number in a circle. It will probably be no circle, 2 or 3 near the upper right of the model number. If you don't have a system manual and need it, find the tag info and post back.

In the settings menu there will probably be a menu for voicemail somewhere. There should be a number for connecting to the voicemail delivery service. If you are with O2 it is 901 in UK.

Ringing is programmed in those units.

I just bought my panasonic units and i cant change the date model number of the phones kxt-7730 hybrid system tes-824 i want to change the date i have tried program 0 but it doesn't work i get the 3 beeps...

Since that's done from SYSTEM program 000, it seems likely that you 1. Aren't using extension 101 and 2. Didn't log into the system for programming

Try it again.

How do i program the time for my pansonic esa phone

First you find the SET PROGRAM switch on the cabinet and put it into PROGRAM. Now, from a display phone connected to ext 11, you dial 00 and use the keypad, FWD button the AUTO ANSWER buttton and the STORE button to step through the various settings. The CONF button goes back.

Return the switch to SET when you're finished.

I use Panasonic Kx-T7730 as a propitiatory telephone. When someone calls from outside, All phones on the network ring. It had to ring only on the proprietary telephone.

The 7730 plugs into a Panasonic phone system. That system (KXTA, KXTD, KXT-something) has programming. Each system has a manual or set of manuals to program system ringing. Comment back or search the internet or your files for that manual and it can be reprogrammed.

How to change the time for daylight saving on kxt7730

If this is an analog system (ie TA-308/TA-624/TA-824-KXT-61610/etc) or a TD digital system, then you have to log into the System by a program switch on the cabinet or PROGRAM *#1234 at the first extension (usually 101 or 11) and change the time via program 00 or 000.

If the system is a TAW, TDA, or NCP, you can set the automatic daylight savings clock times for the next 20 years in programming.
For the short time, the programming instructions will change it until April.

If you have CID, the CID source will normally set the clock at the first call past 2:00 AM.

In my firm i have panasonic kx-t7030x. for outside calls i must press 9 to get signal. but now when i press 9 there is a message "CO Not Assigned''. How to solve this problem? thanks

A couple of ways. The system is probably a TA-624/824 box. In programming, you may have unassigned the lines on the set. That's checked by putting the switch in the back of the phone to PROGRAM, pressing the line buttons and reading the display. It will say CO 1, 2 3 etc. One of them will be missing, and it can be reprogrammed by dialing 0 + the missing number. Finish by pressing STORE and put the switch back to SET.

If that doesn't work, then you need to look in the Programming PM Manual and look at how to program the system. Program 400 sets the lines in use in a TA.

Of course you may have one of the other systems like a KXT-308 or 616 and this stuff may not apply :-)

Lost panasonic KXT-7730 password

If you lost the password the only way to get into programming mode is to reset the telephone system to factory default. If you are not accustomed to all programming features this is not recomended because resetting will whipe out all programming including ringer settings, extension names, speeddials, routing and class of service. If you still want to reset let me know.

Panasonic kxtd816 with caller id card kxtd-193 problem kxt-7431

All Panasonic display phones, both analog and digital 7xxx series phones support CID. It requires 5 or 6 program adjustments as outlined in the manual. With luck, you may be able to just turn it on in 406, but your area code needs to be set if you have 7 digit local dialing, you need to tell the system if you want CID to adjust the clock daily, SMDR display, etc.

The 1232_PG lists all the steps. If you don't have a manual, you really need to get one. Post back and we'll see what we can do.
