Go online and Google your request for this info for your area. If no results, go back to Radio Shack and buy a book that contains all that info for the agencies in your area and/or the country.

I have a radio shack pro 106 scanner.it is coming up heap error 21c321.What is this and how do I clear the error/

that means that you have a trunking system that has no sites assigned to it. If you do not have a 3rd party PC software, download PSREdit 500 from here ( 30 day free trial) Upload to the program then back to the radio and it will clear the heap error. http://www.psredit.com/psredit500/download.html

I have a radio shack Pro 2018 police scanner and I need the codes for the Butler county Ohio area

You can get the Butler County frequencies after you setup an account at Radio Reference dot com, provided you have a scanner that can scan digital and analog. https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?ctid=2048

Want to know if radio shack makes a handheld scanner that can be used to track dogs

No. Dog tracking systems operate in the 216 to 220 MHz range, frequencies that are allocated to Amateur radio and telemetry/radio location, and scanners do not cover these frequencies. Even if you could receive the signal, all you would hear is digital hash/noise that would not give you any tracking/location information. The tracking systems only work with their dedicated receivers/display units.

I am looking for codes to program a radio shack pro-2041 scanner

The "codes" you refer to are actually radio frequencies. For a comprehensive database of active frequencies in your area, and a lot of other useful scanning information, visit:

Programming pro 106 scanner

Your scanner covers conventional frequencies as well as a variety of trunking systems. Programming steps can be detailed, and they vary according to the system being worked, so it's not practical to attempt a full programming tutorial in this short response. Your best bet is to review the operating manual for the scanner, and then follow the steps for the system(s) that you want to program. If you run into a specific problem, let us know and we'll do our best to work through it with you.

Need the manual? You can download/print it here:
