No, I have not discovered a solution. But, I should not have to pay for something that should be explained in the instructions. I will just leave the unwanted channels on the remote until someone can tell me how to do it without charging me. I can understand charging for a very technical problem, but this should be simple. I have done it on many other remotes, but I can't seem to find the correct button to erase a channel.
I am disappointed in Radio Shack for not explaining how to solve this problem.
