Question about Dell 944 All-In-One InkJet Printer
When I try to scan or print the computer says that there is a communication error. I've gone step by step (multiple times) through every troubleshooter I can find. I've downloaded patches, I've reinstalled the software, I updated everything on my computer. The printer itself can run a test page no problem. It also changes from online to offline when I unplug the USB. I removed and reinstalled the USB port also. I have really tried everything I can possibly think of.
We are having the same problem.. did you ever find an answer

Have cartridges tested at ink refill store they will test for free!!
