I have a PENTUS 27" LCD TV and when I turn on the

Hi this is a very common problem, the problem is to do with the inverter board inside the telly this board will need replacing before the telly will work again, its not something you can do yourself as the inverter board requires the whole telly to be taken apart and the screen coming out of the case just to get to the inverter, shop around some of the tv repair shops and see what prices you can get,

if the telly is less than a year old then have a word with the shop you bought it from as you may be covered by warranty as you usually get 12months warranty.

if its older than 3 years then you would be better off replacing the telly as it wont be long before something else starts failing on it.

let me know if you need further assistance ok

plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts.

im sorry i couldnt give you an easy fix but without getting this inverter board changed it just wont work, the board itself is not that expensive to buy but its the hourly rate that costs so shop around and see what quotes you can get on the cost of repair, check any warranty first as this fault will be covered

Psp wont start

Might be the memory card inserted on your psp causing the issue, try to turn on your psp while the memory card is not inserted.

The TV shows light green ring line on the screen.

Take off the speaker grill and the particle board just behind it. You'll find a block with six knobs. The 3 bottom knobs can be adjusted ever so slightly to fix your problem. Do it very slowly. You wan to adjust the center knob for green. Turn it until the lines go away. But again, do it very slowly. You're adjusting the voltage to the green tube. Do it too fast and you can damage it.

Proline 28 in 28M-T

Your set has a cold solder connection somewhere inside that is effecting the scans. You will have to bring the set in for service. I would not use it this way, because it is possible to have some damage that would be expensive to service.
