Question about MP3 & Digital Media Players
I connected it to my computer to re-charge the battery. I then took it out and when I tried to use it it now wont turn on. The only response I can get from it is when I re-connect it to my computer when the power light flashes on and off. It has not been used very much at all since I bought it about 2 years ago and I would guess it is only 25% full.
Same here, have not used mine in about two years. I just found it but the charger was missing, so I bought a wall charger because the usb would not detect it on the computer.the wall charger does not work either. I wonder if the internal battery goes dead after a while. I am thinking of calling customer service, because i do not want to spend money on a new iPod. I will post again after I call for help.
any other posts at all will be helpful.

If the software fix doesn't resolve it you can always replace the logic board or battery, the part is available on Ebay. Here's a guide on how to disassemble a Creative Zen. Maybe a tech savy friend can do it for you. If you want to pay to have a service do it for you there are third party Creative Zen Repair Services.
