Question about HP Pavilion dv9000z Notebook
Hi, I've looked everywhere, and downloaded all the new drivers that I could find and still cannot get audio out of my HDMI port. When I go to the Sounds setup in the Control Panel, I do not have HDMI as an option. I have the latest driver for my NVidia Geoforce Go 7600 graphics card, and I'm totally stuck.
As I only have 2 MB of onboard memory, I do not want to upgrade to Vista, so please help!
Had the same issue when I upgraded to win 7
The new nvidia driver s are no good I got the 38280 from HP to work fine on Windows 7
The driver is 220.127.116.1143
Hope that helps

Connect it all, select HDMI audio in sound settings on computer and then restart your computer. (With cables connected) Then you should be all set
