Question about Toshiba Satellite A105 Notebook
You will have to open up your laptop and look on the motherboard. The CMOS battery looks like a watch battery it is silver and round and is usually covered by a rubber blue sleeve. I hope this helped solve your problem.

If you already found the cmos battery, then try to check its "rating" and size to accomodate inside the board. After that fix it as it should be.

ok i found a couple more things...apparently you dont have to remove the battery.. I found this site that tells you two "jumpers" (solder squares) C88 i believe under the network card. But if you follow this link and follow the directions it will get you going again.
I don't know exactly at what stage you are at and i hope i didn't cause any trouble but this normally is how we take care of this problem. Unless once in a blue moon we come across one like this.

having stripped a few laptops, the entire laptop needs to be dismantled to access the CMOS battery. You do not say why you want to acces the battery.
