Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T100 Digital Camera
I have had my Sony DSCT100 for about 18 months and previously it wqas a great camera, taking shots within a split second to capture those precious memories. However, for the past 6 months or so, the camera has not been able to focus, nor take the shot for several seconds, while displaying the hand icon and consequently missing out on many 'firsts' of my newborn baby. I bought this camera because of its 'instant' ability to take a digital picture, compared to many other digital small cameras but it has been very disappointing!! I have reset the camera back to its factory default settings but that has not solved the problem. Any help would be appreciated before Sony products become a 'no-no' in our house.
If the hand icon is displayed while taking a picture, then according the camera the device is under vibration. this message is due to the fact that the lens array is under a serious problem and probably you should have dropped it.
it costs about 60$ to repair it under sony.
