Can i make fonts for text messages bigger - Straight Talk LG Optimus Logic Cell Phone

Having trouble seeing that small default font of Microsoft Outlook emails? There are three ways of making Outlook email text bigger.
The first includes increasing the text size of the outgoing email messages.
The second includes increasing the text size of messages that are replied to or forwarded.
The last includes making all the text of incoming emails larger as well.

Go to the Tools menu and select Options.
Click the Mail Formats tab and then click Stationary and Fonts.
Find the Personal Stationary tab, then find and click the Font button located under the New Mail Messages heading.
On the Font tab that appears, there will be a variety of options including changing the type of font, style, size and color.


Find the drop-down menu that is under the Size heading and select a bigger number.
Click OK and the new setting will take place the next time a message is composed.

Replies or Forwarded Mail
Go to the Tools menu and select Options.
Click the Mail Formats tab and then click Stationary and Fonts.

Find the Personal Stationary tab, then click the Font button that is located under the Replying or Forwarding Messages heading.
Find the drop-down menu that is under the Size heading and select a bigger number.
Click OK and the new settings will take place the next time a message is replied to or forwarded.

Incoming Email Messages
Go to the Tools menu and select Options.
Click the Mail Formats tab and then click Stationary and Fonts.

Look for the Display Font heading on the Personal Stationary tab and increase the size the size of the font by selecting a larger number.
This will increase the text size for all plain text incoming email.
However, it will not increase the text size of incoming HTML emails.

Set the option to read all incoming email as plain text if it is necessary to increase the text size of all incoming emails.
To do this, go to Tools, then click on Options, then look for the button that says Email Options and click Read all Standard Mail as Plain Text.

You need to install "Handcent sms" application from market. It has the option to increade or decrease the font size.

Click on install. Then sign in with gmail username and password that you used in your HTC desire.
It will be installed automatically.Open Handcent sms, go to settings, and select required font from option.

Yahoo! Messenger allows you to personalize your font settings by changing the default font and color for text that appears in your instant messages.
To change the default font settings:

1. Click the Messenger menu and select Preferences. The Yahoo! Messenger Preferences window will open.
2. Under Category, click Appearance. The Appearance options will display at the right.
3. Click Change Fonts & Colors. The Message Text Style window will open.
4. Change the settings for the font, font style, font size, and font color.
5. Once you have them the way you like, click Use Default, to set them as your default font settings. (Click Cancel if you don't want to use these settings.)
6. Click OK. You'll be returned to the Yahoo! Messenger Preferences window.
   • Note: Click the checkbox option for Always use my fonts and colors if you want to only see your font settings. (Your font settings will override your friends' font settings and you'll just see yours.)
7. Click Apply, then click OK.

Well when you are sending a text message you cannot make them any bigger. However when you reciew them you can enlarge and make the text smaller. so when ever you veiw a text message just hit the up and down button (volume controlls) on the left side of the phone and you can see when you hit up the text gets bigger and when you hit down the text gets smaller.

After reading that I tried it out on one of my text messages and sure enough it changed the font just like it said it would. The center button allowed for the zooming in (bigger) and out (smaller). All you had to do was run your finger around it in a clockwise and/or counter clockwise motion.

when you are going to create a message go to OPTIONS then TEXT STYLE change the TEXT SIZE into SMALL.. then press APPLY..

you go to messages then to create msg then options den scroll down then you will see text size and click then click the left navigator then click apply
