Question about GN Netcom GN 9350 Wireless Headset
Unplug the unit, then take the ear piece and slide the battery off .... When you have the battery detached from the ear piece, wipe off the metal prongs, leave it off for a few minutes, then put back together. Make sure you plug the unit back in. It will take a couple hours for the unit to be charged. That should take care of the issue.

Try to re"pair" it by holding down the pair button for a few seconds.

If none of these suggestions resolve the problem, then what? I'm having the same issues, tried every solution posted, and the 4 green lights never come on aside from the initial connection with the base, the blue light on the headset never turns on, and all I hear is a constant three tone beep repeat over and over from the earpiece.
