Question about Motorola Mobility W375 Cellular Phone
I have a Motorola W375, and despite all my best efforts, I cannot figure out how to fix this. When I phone someone, the phone will indicate that the call has connected on the screen, but I cannot hear the dial tone or the person answering the call, although they can hear me perfectly (saying 'Hello' and then cursing about 20 times!) I can only hear them if I switch to speakerphone. If the call is incoming, I do not have any problem, and all the other features/sounds work perfectly. My volume indicators show that the volume's all the way up. I've had the phone about 5 months, and have had this problem for 2 months or so. Any ideas appreciated!
It sounds to me like you have a short circuit inside the phone due to wear and tear in conjunction with environmental contamination (dust, dirt, lint, foreign materials, moisture, etc.). If your phone is no longer under warranty, you may want to clean the phone interior and exterior very carefully or find someone who can.

If i were you i would consider taking the phone back and taking advantage of the 1year warranty im almost certain it came with. If you did not obtain the phone brand new then this may not be an option.
