Try Ctrl+ALT+Up Arrow Another option is to go to Start / Control Panel / Classic View / "Intel(R) GMA Driver for mobile" / Display Settings / Uncheck Rotation / Accept Changes or OK. Good luck.

Look in the settings menu, I had is problem before. You hit a button that makes this happen.

You can drag the desktop items just about any where you want. Try dragging the moved items back where you want them and drop thejm and see if that helps.
