Question about Ricoh Aficio AP3800C Laser Printer
Hello , They say you can never ask a stuipid question but this might be one. I have a ricoh AP3800C with a 40Gig hard drive. what does the hard drive do? Can i store files on the hard drive for latter printing. If so how?
If I remember correctly this hard drive has about 8 partitions in it. Some of the harddrive is used for document storage. Use the Ricoh RPCS driver from Ricoh-USA.com. There should be a drop down box somewhere in the properties box to store the document instead of printing. Most of there machines have that feature. Do not store important docs here, if the drive goes bad ....Bye,Bye docs.

The hard drive store some data about your machine but only uses about 200 mb of the 40 gig .you can use the machine for locked , stored , sample , hold prints , it is for mabe if you got 20 users and they dont want to print and everyones doc;s get mixed up , so it holds the job until you go to the rinter and rints it out
hope this helps you
