Re: how do u reset temp, everytime i set it to 63 it
I think you will find that when you set the temperature, you are setting it to its lowest or ideal setting for you. When it jumps back its jumping to the temperature within its own guage reading, ie the second temperature is what it is at the moment. then it endeavers to lower that temperature to the one set by yourself. if you run the machine and keep an eye on it you should find that "jumped back" reading slowly reducing. I hope that helps(its what i,ve found anyway)

Ok this is a state that is running on a program. You are going to have to go through and set the set points on it. This can be done by looking at the screen and pressing the program button. Set the tempature at the right time. There will be settings for monday through friday and sat/ sunday. There may be as many as 4 different set points for each of these so take you time and go through each one.
i have seen this just the other day customer called and there thermostat would not maintain temp... changed batteries and after five mins did it again... couple of things need to make sure you have fresh batteries if it takes them in thermostat. also try overriding program by pressing the hold button and set where you desire see if it works then... if it still fails to maintain you need to make sure the unit is not running when it is suppose to be off... if the fan is running and the thermostat is not calling for heat or cool then it is possible the flame sensor on the heater is bad or needs to be cleaned... to be honest based on what you are saying sounds like you got two different items going on....
a sure way to test if your mechanical inclined is take the t-stat apart jump the r terminal to the w terminal go to unit and unplug for 10 seconds and plug back in if everything fires up and stays going you 100% have a thermostat issue...
Depends on your Tstat. The set point is different from room temp. My tsat show set point and room temp. But to answer you when you set at 72 and room temp is 75 . It will go back to room temp till you reach that temp. Rusty
