Ho do i access the belt on the kenmore 60 series

ho do i access the belt on the kenmore 60 series dryer ? therers a 1/4 panel at the bottom . I think my belt is broken

take out phillips screw by lint screen. pull top panel towards you, lift top. remove two 5/16 inch screws on inside of front panel. undo door switch plug on right side at top of inside panel. pull panel up and remove. to remove belt push tension pulley to right and pull belt off. reverse to put back together
