Question about Zyxel (91-004-361002) Wireless Router
I have a brand new HP laptop that picks up every wireless signal around me except the one from my own router. As soon as I go to the wired pc, log into the router and configure the security settings without changing anything and the router reboots, the laptop picks up the signal and automatically connects. It just wont pick up the signal upon restarting until I reboot the router again. The router is a brand new D-link. This is driving me crazy! Please help...
This seems to be an issue with the router itself. As the laptop is able to connect to other networks easily, the trouble seems to be with the router.
Try updating the firmware on the router. Also, change the wireless channel on the router and check if that helps. If the issue persists then I believe you will have to get the router replaced.
