Help: trouble shooting If nothing else has fixed your problem, you could try these general solutions.

Clear your cache Clear your browser's cache (the temporary files your browser stores to make sites load faster). Sometimes an old or incompatible file may be stored in your browser's cache. If you clear the cache new files will be downloaded the next time you visit the page.

Cant access my email inbox

You may be prevented from accessing your Gmail account in the Google Chrome browser for a number of reasons.

Although both programs are Google products, there may be a firewall, browser or software conflict causing the Gmail page not to load.

Going through a few basic troubleshooting steps can usually clear up the matter and get you back into your Gmail account.

Click the "Wrench" icon at the top-right corner of the browser window and select "Options" from the menu.

Go to the "Under the Hood" section.
Click the "Clear Browsing Data" button near the top of the options page.

A popup window appears.
Check the boxes for "Empty the Cache" and "Delete Cookies and Other Site and Plug-in Data."

Change the "Obliterate the Following Items From" to "The Beginning of Time" option, then click the "Clear Browsing Data" button.

Clearing out the browser's stored files often helps to make websites load properly and perform better.

Check your firewall settings.
Click the "Start" button and type "Firewall" into the search box.

Click "Windows Firewall." In the application, click the "Allow a Program or Feature Through Windows Firewall" from the left column.

Check the box for "Chrome.exe" from the program list.
When done, click the "OK" button.

You may have other firewall software installed, so check those settings if necessary to allow Google Chrome full access to the Internet.

Disable browser extensions. Periodically, an extension may cause a conflict in the browser and prevent you from loading Gmail properly or entirely.

Click the "Wrench" icon at the upper-right corner of the window, go to the "Tools" menu and select "Extensions."

Click the "Disable" link for any Gmail-specific extensions, such as "Better Gmail" or "Google Mail Checker."

If Gmail still doesn't load, temporarily disable all extensions one by one until it works.
Log into Gmail using a non-secure connection.

For example, if you normally use the secure connection or "https" prefix, then you want to type "" for the website address.

If you already use the non-secure connection, try using the secure connection by typing "" instead for the address.

Try a different browser other than Google Chrome to see if the problem lies with Gmail.

The Gmail servers may be experiencing difficulties for a wide number of users or just specifically your account.

Sometimes troubleshooting the browser or firewall software will not correct the issue.

If the problem still persists on a different browser or computer system, then wait a while before attempting to access Gmail again.

The loading issue may be resolved by then.

I cant watch video

This issue might be due to following four problems :
  • YouTube Server is down
  • Problem Browser
  • Slow Internet Connection
  • Due to third party Anti-Virus or Firewall

To fix this problem you need to optimize browser:
  • Delete History
  • Clear Cache
  • Delete Cookies
  • Remove tool-bars
  • Update flash player
Stop Anti-virus and firewall before opening internet radio.
Restart computer and Router.

If problem still occurs then use Internet Optimizer tool. I would suggest to use a system utility tool like Intel Software Partner Reginout. It will not only optimize PC but will also optimize internet by running its Internet Optimizer feature. WebRepOverall ratingThis site has no rating(not enough votes)

I can see my yahoo messsages, but I cant open them. I can open them from another computer but not mine

The easiest solution to this problem would be clearing your cache. Please try pressing F5 while on the page. If this does not work, update the question with the browser you are using and I can give a step-by-step analysis.

Messenger 9 for Vista users and XP users with 9, The updated Windows Firewall will not let Messenger download correctly. And is causing 9 and 8.1 users to have problems now.. The only option that might help is turning off the firewall to download and install then turning it back on.Go to control panel, click on windows fire wall, Exceptions tab. make sure messenger is checked,if not listed then add it to the list.then click save.
.If the fire wall still causes problems,then revert back to 8.0 or 7.5 these and all versions of messenger can be found here;
You need to remove version 9 1st to get another version to work. To remove Messenger version Use Unwise located middle of page of Messenger Folder.. Your contacts are stored online But if you want to save your old messages archives, they are saved on your PC in the messenger file you are about to delete.Go here and copy them to a new folder
