When I first purchased the Audiovox GPS the navigation was slow. I would miss turns before the screen and voice response would navigate next step directions. Now it will not turn on without a charger and the screen freezes. The screen reads insert card, however the card is inserted. The screen will not move to the next level. I have tried resetting the unit by pressing the little button on the bottom of the unit which does not work. I have never gotton this unit to work properly since I purchased it. Can you help?
